What We Want
All the associates of Wonderant wear many hats in addition to their primary hat. There are no 'roles' per se at Wonderant, the goal is in everyone's interest and we firmly believe that roles should not define behaviour, goals should.

Therefore, the primary hat and goal of our next associate should closely match the following with the understanding that you will also have your fingers firmly in marketing, sales, administration and management:

• We are looking for someone to become Wonderant's primary mobile app development resource with the potential to grow a team of app developers and be able to spearhead Wonderant's launch into the mobile market.
• We would like you to have as much mobile app building experience as possible with at least one year of iPhone and optionally one year of Android app development. A portfolio of example apps would be advantageous. We intend to build apps that support as many devices as possible, so, other flavours of mobile app development will also be beneficial.
• In order to meet the goals set out for you, you will certainly need an attitude where pushing the boundaries of what is possible using technologies in novel ways is something that gets you fired up and propels you out of bed at 6am with a burning desire to code.
• To help Wonderant's mobile apps be successfully adopted in a fiercely competitive marketplace will require our team of web developers, marketers and business development managers to be fully focused behind your efforts to produce apps. In return, we expect you to maintain a position of a technology passionate evangelist that consumes tech magazines, and is always up on new technology.
• The type of apps that will be built will range from simple and addictive games to complex business and value driven applications through to MMO games. Experience in all of these areas is crucial, but you must not have lost your way in WoW.
• Some of the applications will be math intensive and require a good grasp of applied mathematics.
• B.Sc. in a computing degree is advantageous and a proven track record of strong architectural design skills is mandatory.

You have probably been out of college or university for a few years, and have a full time job in your field. You are a coder at heart, and are passionate about development. You are in tune to the mobile application market, you have a desire to do something different and have the time to invest in your off hours.
